General Questions
Website replies that my login account is inactive?
Reach out to your SPXFLOW administrator to have it re-activated, Login's are automatically set to inactive after 90 days of inactivity.
My account is temporarily locked. How do I activate it back?
After multiple times entereing a wrong password, the account is temporarily locked. Retry within the stated time.
I have forgot or need to change my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" function after entering your login ID.
My order and quote date format are displayed wrong?
Go to settings and change Date Format. Do not use the setting mm/dd/yy, any other setting would be ok.
Do I have to re-type every time the delivery address during checkout?
Save or create new frequently used addresses in the Address Book. Go to settings, Address Book and use " Add New Address" function. You can select 1 address to be the "Default".
I have uploaded a file via "Quick order" but it gives an error on CART?
Reach out to your SPXFLOW administrator, he has to delete your Cart. Please ensure that the upload file does not exceed 100 lines.
My Cart has red marked entries and has lines with pricing issues?
Any material that is added to Cart will try to retrieve latetst pricing. If this causes an issue, potentially all Cart entries are "contaminated". Please check all entries in Cart, update if required.
I can see materials being available on multiple plants / warehouses, but cannot select during check out?
There is only 1 default delivery plant set per material, which is automatically selected. In case you want us to update the order, you may place a remark in the" Special Request" box field during checkout or inform the customer service team directly.
Why Some materials have" Pricing Upon Request"?
These materials may be " Obsolete" or "outphased" , potentially replaced. On bottom of the product page there may be information of a replacement part.
I need specific (brand) product documents like: Product certification, Selection aids, information documents. How do I access them?
Generic documents may be published under "Document Library", specific forms are published under the product page. Please note that latest IM are published and can be downloaded from the SPXFLOW website.
Why can I not find spare part kits for each separate product?
Not all brand products will have a dedicated connected spare part kit. Only the ones identiefied will be available on the website.
I have a correct serial number taken from a tag plate, but serial search does not return a result?
For different brands the serial numbers as per tagplate can deviate from the registered data base serial equipment. For example Tagplate serial: 2021-123456, but actual registered serial is 21-123456. In all cases which do not return a result, please reach out to customer service to retrieve information.
